Life is challenging enough with the daily hustle and stressors. Running on this modern treadmill is leading to chronic stress and imbalance. Allow me to be your safe place to regain your balance and peace. Put yourself first for once. Each program below includes visits together two times a month. A single visit or initial consultation is not going to overhaul decades of pain and anguish. You need support to get over the humps and see past the kinds of setbacks that brought you to me in the first place. This is a relationship that will allow you to no longer feel alone and isolated, and will give you a place to turn when the going gets tough and a place to celebrate the gains.

Pro Program

My pro program is for clients who would like to work on their overall health and regain balance and vitality. You do not need to have a specific goal in mind. During our consultation, we will collaborate to determine what your main goal will be. We will develop your program around your goal, taking into consideration what has and has not benefited you in the past. The base time frame for this program will be three months with an ideal time frame being six months.

Signature AIP Program

My signature program is tailored to each person’s specific needs and goals. With my signature plan, I adapt the autoimmune protocol for each client based on their health and their goals. You will work with me for six months with two meetings a month.

Jump-start AIP Program

My jump-start program allows you to dip your toes in the water with the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP). With the program specifically tailored to your needs and goals, we will work together for three months and meet twice a month. This program allows you to start the process of the AIP program and begin to see changes in your autoimmune symptoms.
