You could be following every wellness trend, but if you’re not nurturing yourself on a deeper level, the balance you seek may still feel out of reach.

We'll consider 12 key lifestyle areas, including social connections, relationships, home environment, physical activity, personal health, education, career, finances, creativity, spirituality, joy, and overall satisfaction. This comprehensive approach allows us to identify where you might benefit from more attention, creating a pathway to a more fulfilling, balanced life.

    Your body lives off the food you feed it. The gut is called the second brain for a reason. So much of our health, from depression and anxiety to irritable bowel diseases, is determined by how healthy our guts are functioning. We need to choose the appropriate foods to match the needs of our body. Each person is different and for this reason my approach is individualized, the foods that work for one, may not work for another. We will work together to dive deeper into understanding the role that food plays in your life, from your motivation around food choices to finding out how food can work for you. If food has a hold on you, it is time to free yourself once and for all!
